Liz Vassey began her acting career at the age of nine years old. She has appeared in over fifty productions and musicals. When she was 16, Liz moved into New York to become part of All My Children. Her first acting debut as a director by directing The Human Race. The Human Race is a documentary about runners over 50 years older. Liz Emmerichs and her husband David Emmerichs reside in Hollywood in California. They are a couple with a brood that includes way too several animals and their kids. Swallow was raised on the coast of Jacksonville Florida. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts at the University of Virginia with Middle Eastern Studies as her main. Swallow moved on in New York City where she obtained her master's degree in acting at New York University Tisch School of the Arts. Swallow played both the bad and good guys on movies and on television. She was a police detective on Ringer as well as a detective's wife on Southland, a bounty-hunter on CBS the pilot The Odds and a bank robber on Medium. Swallow also appeared as a mermaid in Flight of the Conchords, as well as in the film The Rift by Shana S. Sosin.
