Charli G. D'Amelio, (/d@mIlioU/d@-MIlee-oh d@MIleeoh) is born May of 2004. She was a competitive dancer for 10 years prior to beginning her career in social media in 2019 when she began posting dance-related videos to the video-sharing website TikTok. The platform quickly grew to have a huge audience and then became the top creator on the platform by March of 2020. She lost out to Khaby Lame in July 2022. Her feature film debut came in an appearance as a voice actress in the animation feature film StarDog TurboCat that was that was released in 2020. Since 2021, she has been a participant in the Hulu Docuseries, The D'Amelio and Snap Original Charli vs. Dixie. The year 2022 was the first time D'Amelio participated as a celebrity contestant and she went on to win the title, along with Mark Ballas, in the thirty-first season of dancing competition show Dancing with the Stars. Her other endeavours include two books, a podcast, an assortment of nail polish as well as a mattress, a cosmetic line, clothing line, and a multi-product company. Her first venture was to be able to have 50 and 100 million TikTok followers. Forbes says that D'Amelio is the highest-paid female TikTok celebrity of the year in 2019 and 2022. Her name is frequently referred to as the TikTok's most popular star.
